Grown Up Coaching

If the answer to any of those questions is yes, then a Grown Up Coaching session is the perfect first step.  You may only need one session or a series of sessions - the ultimate aim of any coaching, is to give you the tools to be able to coach yourself and lead the life of your dreams. 

Each coaching session lasts for approximately 50 minutes and can take place either over the telephone or in person.  The sessions are individualised to meet your personal needs and will focus on the areas that you find the most problematic.  Please feel free to contact Shay for a  no obligation chat about whether coaching is right for you & how many sessions would be appropriate.

Grown Up Workshops
